Overview

Mercy Clinic is seeking a GI Hospitalist for their practice in Rogers, Arkansas, offering an exceptional balance of clinical excellence and quality of life. This role provides the opportunity to earn between $750,000 to $800,000 with additional recruitment incentives and is ideal for a physician with advanced procedural skills, particularly in ERCP.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient care as part of an elite team of physicians and advanced practitioners
  • Participate in teaching with the Alice Walton School of Medicine and Internal Medicine residency program
  • Utilize advanced GI technology and endoscopy workflows
  • Contribute to a flexible schedule and collaborate with dedicated nursing and procedural support staff
  • Engage in leadership and innovation within a not-for-profit health system

Required skills

  • Expertise in ERCP and advanced GI procedures
  • Strong clinical skills in hospital medicine and patient care
  • Experience with EPIC EMR and Provation
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team
