Overview

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for their recognized management training program, offering clear career advancement in sales, business development, customer service, or operations management. The position in Rimouski provides on-the-job training and mentorship to develop the necessary skills for managing a branch and growing a team.

Key responsibilities

  • Familiarize with operations at one of the branches from day one
  • Act as the face of Enterprise to clients and partners
  • Ensure smooth operations behind the scenes
  • Master customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations activities
  • Build essential community relationships for branch growth

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Fluent in French
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 traffic infractions in the last 3 years
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Leadership experience through sports, competitions, clubs, or military service
