Overview

Olymel is seeking a Gestionnaire de comptes for fresh meats to join their dynamic team. This role involves contributing to sales strategies, market analysis, and client relationship management while working closely with the sales director for fresh meats.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies for assigned markets and identify opportunities
  • Analyze and monitor markets to provide data for pricing strategies
  • Establish long-term sales strategies for each market
  • Promote and sell convenience products
  • Coordinate sales and marketing activities for assigned markets
  • Develop and strengthen business relationships with clients
  • Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews and implement action plans to increase sales
  • Negotiate agreements with clients to improve profitability
  • Maintain constant communication with various areas of the company

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Ability to prepare, plan, execute, and follow up on sales
  • Bilingual in English and French
