Overview

The Human Resource Generalist at Fosdick Fulfillment Corp plays a vital role in providing administrative support and guidance on company policies and procedures. This position involves coordinating benefits enrollment, managing worker's compensation, onboarding new hires, and maintaining HR documentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly benefits meetings with eligible employees
  • Review health benefit options and company programs
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment with insurance carriers and Payroll Department
  • Calculate and prepare monthly reports on worker's compensation and unemployment
  • Oversee unemployment and worker's compensation procedures

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
