The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial drywall and framing, with proven leadership experience overseeing multiple projects and field teams.What You'll Be Doing:Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple job sitesManage and mentor project superintendents, foremen, and field personnelEnsure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality control standardsCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflowConduct site inspections and resolve field issues proactivelyMonitor labor productivity and ensure projects stay within budget and timelineEnforce company standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the fieldWhat We're Looking For:7+ years of experience in commercial drywall, framing, and finishes, with at least 3 years in a senior or general superintendent roleStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teamsIn-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, drawings, and safety standardsAbility to travel locally between job sites as neededProficiency with construction management software and field reporting toolsOSHA 30 certification preferred This is a confidential opportunity managed by Solid Rock Recruiting.
