Overview

The General Service Technician at Heartland Tire Inc. is responsible for performing basic preventative maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire pressure evaluations. This role involves providing excellent customer service and making recommendations for necessary parts and services to the Service Manager.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform oil changes and transmission fluid changes

  • Recommend tires, parts, and services to the Service Manager

  • Cross-train in other areas as needed
