Overview

The General Production role at Cargill involves working in a fast-paced environment in their protein and salt business, focusing on the handling and processing of meat products. This position offers opportunities to join a large team dedicated to sustainable food production.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete various processes including weighing, bagging, packing, unpacking, labeling, and boxing of meat products
  • Understand and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
  • Work in wet and/or humid conditions and on slippery surfaces
  • Stand for long periods and utilize stairs while wearing personal protective equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
