Key responsibilities

  • Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects, or contamination from muscle and tissues
  • Supporting roles in the processing of beef
  • General use of a knife or other tools
  • Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing, and boxing finished products
  • Ensuring food safety and quality

Required skills

  • Legal to work in the US without the need for Visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Meat processing experience
  • Experience in food production or manufacturing
  • Knife skills
