Overview

The General Manager at HOTWORX Springfield Sixteen Acres is responsible for leading the fitness studio's overall success through effective management, sales, and customer service. This role is designed for a motivated individual who will drive membership sales and ensure a superior fitness experience for all members.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily studio operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Trainer Sales Associates
  • Drive membership sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with members
  • Complete required training and ensure staff meet training requirements
  • Manage inventory, membership billing, and payroll submission
  • Submit required reports to the Franchisee
