Overview

LUV Car Wash is seeking a General Manager for its location in Warminster, Pennsylvania. This role involves overseeing all site operations to ensure top-notch customer service and compliance with company standards while driving sales and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop all team members
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and training for new staff
  • Drive local volume and sales through community outreach and marketing
  • Manage payroll and time reporting for all employees
  • Create weekly schedules and manage site labor
  • Maintain site safety and regulatory compliance
  • Foster customer relationships to enhance membership sales
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction

Required skills

  • Management experience (minimum of 3 years)
