Key responsibilities

  • Drive top-line performance and maintain operational standards.
  • Lead daily showroom operations when acting as GM.
  • Support hiring, coaching, and development of future leaders.
  • Reinforce company values and expectations consistently.
  • Create a supportive workplace culture.
  • Provide leadership coverage during GM absences.

Required skills

  • Retail leadership experience required; multi-unit or high-volume experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Adaptability and comfort shifting between locations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and modern collaboration tools.
