Pelican Brewing Company is seeking a General Manager for their new location in Yachats, Oregon. This role will be crucial in establishing a community-focused destination for craft beer enthusiasts and will involve overseeing day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of exceptional guest service and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement written SOPs for quality and service consistency
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-quality staff
  • Manage daily restaurant operations in collaboration with the Director of Restaurant Operations
  • Control costs and manage budgets effectively
  • Build relationships with sister properties and local businesses
  • Lead and hold the management team accountable
  • Participate in community projects

Required skills
