Overview

LUV Car Wash is seeking a General Manager for its Savannah, GA location to oversee all site operations, recruit staff, ensure compliance, and enhance customer service. The company, which has rapidly expanded since its founding in 2021, aims to become the best car wash in the industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop all teammates
  • Create a culture of accountability for operational procedures
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding and training processes
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development
  • Manage local sales and marketing efforts with the District Manager
  • Handle payroll and reporting through Paylocity
  • Create schedules and manage site labor according to standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints
  • Partner with Facilities to maintain equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Management experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred
