Key responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for bakery performance, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent across various roles.
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth.
  • Drive sales growth through local marketing and community engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize labor and inventory to minimize waste.
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere by delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

  • 1+ years of management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in tracking KPIs.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Fluency in English.
