Overview

As a General Accountant at Asbury Automotive Group in Las Colinas, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and compliance within a dynamic automotive retail environment. This position focuses on various accounting responsibilities, including reconciliation, reporting, and auditing to support the company's operations and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Review, code and post daily bank activity including lender funding notices.
  • Ensure proper posting of system error Repair Orders and Parts Invoices.
  • Verify Floorplan accuracy to ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile lender finance reserve payments and related accounts.
  • Post Manufacturer Payments associated with Floorplan Assistance and other programs.
  • Assist in special projects individually or within a team.
