Job Description

Overview

As a General Accountant at Asbury Automotive Group in Las Colinas, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of postings and compliance with company policies. This position involves reconciliation, reporting, and auditing various financial accounts, contributing to the company's mission of redefining the automotive retail experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Review, code, and post daily bank activity including lender funding notices
  • Address system error repair orders and parts invoices for proper posting
  • Review and post schedule maintenance items as requested
  • Ensure accuracy of Floorplan postings and reconciliation
  • Reconcile lender finance reserve payments and relevant statements
  • Retrieve and post all manufacturer payments associated with Floorplan assistance and incentives
  • Assist in special projects and perform other related duties as needed
