Job Description

Overview

As a General Accountant at Asbury Automotive Group's Las Colinas location, you will play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency. This position focuses on reconciliation, reporting, and auditing various financial accounts, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Review, code, and post daily bank activity related to vehicle sales.
  • Ensure proper posting of system error Repair Orders and Parts Invoices.
  • Review and post schedule maintenance items as requested.
  • Verify Floorplan accuracy and ensure models are properly floored or paid off.
  • Reconcile lender finance reserve payments and Floorplan Statements.
  • Retrieve and post Manufacturer Payments for various assistance programs.
  • Assist with the purification of accounts post-manufacturer payment.
  • Assist in special projects and perform other related duties.
