Overview

Wave Health Partners is looking for a Gastroenterology Physician for a locum opportunity in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves providing care in a 300-bed facility with a focus on patient procedures and collaboration with a team of nurses.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform 5-10 procedures per day
  • Coverage Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm
  • Provide beeper call from 12pm to 8am
  • Utilize Cerner EMR system

Required skills

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology
  • Completion of Gastroenterology fellowship
  • Active Arizona medical license
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Clinical skills in patient care and emergency medicine
