Overview

BAS Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterology Physician to join an established practice in Fargo, North Dakota. This role includes a consultative practice supported by NPs/PAs, advanced endoscopic procedures, and opportunities for teaching and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

  • Join a practice of two Gastroenterologists as part of planned expansion
  • Manage inpatient GI admissions with an IM hospitalist service
  • Perform full spectrum of endoscopy procedures in a Digestive Health Center
  • Participate in advanced endoscopic practice including ERCP and EUS
  • Maintain a 1:4 call schedule with good work-life balance
  • Engage in teaching opportunities through University of North Dakota affiliation
  • Explore outreach opportunities to expand practice and community impact

Required skills

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Experience with advanced endoscopy procedures
  • Familiarity with Olympus 190 scopes, Provation, and Epic software systems
