Overview

Summit Recruiting Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a high-volume and well-established practice in Hickory, North Carolina. This opportunity offers a balanced schedule with strong hospital support in a collaborative and physician-led environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct colonoscopies and EGDs with high procedural volume
  • Participate in a 1:7 call rotation, with no inpatient rounding during call hours
  • Provide patient care for adult and geriatric populations
  • Work in both the Endoscopy Center and Medical Center
  • Collaborate with dedicated Medical Assistants and support staff

Required skills

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Experience with endoscopic procedures and patient care
  • Knowledge of healthcare management practices
  • Familiarity with collaborative care environments
