Rock City Enterprises is looking for a Full-Time Gardens Partner to help maintain and enhance our gardens, trees, trails, and landscaped areas.In this role, you will:Plant, water, fertilize, mulch, trim, mow, and maintain gardensIdentify plants, weeds, pests, and common plant health concernsAssist with landscape installations and seasonal projectsOperate irrigation systems and gardening equipmentUse mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, tractors, skid steers, and hand tools safelySupport environmentally responsible pest and weed management practicesWork outdoors year-round in varying weather conditionsYou'll be a great fit if you have horticulture or landscaping knowledge, enjoy physical outdoor work, have an eye for detail, and enjoy being part of a team dedicated to creating an outstanding guest experience.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior experience and practical understanding of native species, basic landscaping concepts, and landscape equipment required.Knowledge & SkillsAbility to learn and demonstrate technical skills related to horticulture, equipment operation, and landscape maintenance.Understanding of irrigation systems and minor repair techniques.Ability to identify pests and diseases and communicate observations effectively.Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow direction and work independently when needed.Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to guest service.Basic math skills required.Licenses & CertificationsValid driver's license with a good driving record required.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentAbility to stand, walk, climb, and balance regularly.Regular use of hands and fingers.Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.Frequent stooping, kneeling, or crouching.Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying and extreme weather conditions.Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.Company Mission & Core ValuesMission: To enrich lives through wonder and connection.Core Values: Courage Care Wonder ExcellenceCompensation details: 16-16.05 Hourly WagePId5-
