Overview

Sunshine Disposal & Recycling is seeking a full-time Garbage Truck Route Driver in Addy, WA. The role involves operating refuse collection trucks for residential and commercial locations, ensuring safe and efficient waste management services. Candidates must hold a valid Class A or B CDL and have at least two years of driving experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate front and side load refuse collection trucks and roll off dump trucks
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck
  • Collect refuse, recycling, or organics debris from various locations
  • Document extras and damages using a tablet or paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with the office and other drivers
  • Maintain cleanliness of the truck body and cab
  • Attend required meetings and perform additional assigned duties
