Overview

The Garage Team Lead for the 2nd shift at Wavepoint3pl is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily garage operations, providing direction to the team, and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. This position requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support garage team members during the 2nd shift
  • Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily maintenance and repair tasks
  • Provide guidance and support to promote accountability and productivity
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues with fleet vehicles and equipment
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work
  • Support preventative maintenance programs and ensure accuracy in documentation
  • Communicate maintenance concerns and operational updates to management
  • Monitor proper use and care of tools and garage resources
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe garage environment
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and company guidelines
  • Assist with parts and inventory management as needed
  • Support the team with daily tasks to keep operations running efficiently
