Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing 26 years of substantive experience with technology and gaming law Demonstrated experience handling regulatory issues and litigation actions, including consumer class action, gambling loss recovery actions, and mass arbitration Experience with state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations Multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks experience is preferred Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated attention to detail Ability to inspire client confidence through a strong presence, advocacy skills, and practical judgment Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and drive to contribute meaningfully to a rapidly growing practice Key Responsibilities Advise gaming industry clients on federal, state, and local regulatory compliance and litigation matters Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts Manage discovery processes like depositions and document reviews Oversee litigation strategies for cases such as consumer class actions, gambling loss recovery claims, mass arbitrations, and prediction market disputes Manage state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations. Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality, persuasive written work Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategy and provide creative legal solutions Maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, clarity, and practical advice Why Join Us?
