What You'll Need You don't need to fit one perfect mold to be a great Preschool Teacher. The teachers who thrive here are dependable, patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoy working with young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to balance structure, creativity, and fun in a busy preschool classroom. Must be at least 18 years old. Meet applicable state licensing requirements. Authorization to work in the United States. Previous experience in a licensed childcare or early learning setting is preferred but not required.
