This role sits at the center of fund operations - touching everything from shadow NAV preparation and investor reporting to cash oversight and portfolio analytics. It is a high-visibility seat for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to private fund accounting rather than a narrow, siloed role.What You'll OwnFund Reporting & Investor RelationsCoordinate capital call and distribution communications to investorsPrepare and distribute monthly and quarterly investor reports as well as reporting to regulatory bodies and external third partiesAssist in the preparation of annual financial statements and performance reporting delivered to investorsSupport quarterly reporting packages for senior managementShadow NAV & Administrator OversightLead the monthly shadow NAV preparation processReview and oversee monthly reporting prepared by third-party fund administratorsServe as a key point of contact in managing relationships with external administrators and auditorsCash & Loan AdministrationMonitor daily cash activity and oversee the cash reconciliation processAssist with loan administration including collection, tracking, and review of funding documents, amendments, paydowns, and payoff activityPortfolio Analytics & Intercompany ActivityPerform portfolio yield analysis by investment and calculate fund-level key performance indicatorsCollaborate across internal teams to track investment activity, expenses, and intercompany transactionsBuild and refine tracking and reporting tools to support a growing business Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
