Job Description

Overview

The Functional Analyst SAP eWM role at BRP is part of the newly defined SAP Centre of Excellence organization, aimed at supporting business objectives through technical expertise in SAP solutions. The position involves collaborating with business users, managing projects, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in SAP eWM functionalities.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand BRP's business model to align SAP solutions with goals.
  • Provide expertise in SAP eWM to fulfill business requirements.
  • Develop relationships with key business users to enhance SAP solution effectiveness.
  • Support demand management and project prioritization.
  • Participate in project elaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with AMS teams and partners for application maintenance.
  • Develop standards and best practices for project delivery.
  • Create and supervise functional specifications and design specifications.
  • Support data analytics in developing business intelligence reports.
  • Assist with complex application support and maintenance issues.
  • Contribute to organizational change management and end user training.

Required skills

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP eWM.
  • Experience in one end-to-end implementation or rollout project.
  • Understanding of EWM's integration with TM, SD, and MM modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP LE module is an asset.
  • Base knowledge of warehouse management and strategies.
  • Expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management functionalities.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, EDI, and IDOC messages.
  • Understanding of S4 HANA processes.
  • Experience with cutover, go-live, and data migration.
  • Dynamic problem resolution focus with strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
