This includes everything from client acquisition and relationship management to candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. You will work closely with skilled trades company departments to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver top-quality talent to fill their roles such as Welders, Fabricators, Maintenance Mechanics, and CNC Machinists and more! Your business development experience will be critical in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business, and growing our presence in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Business Development:Identify and target potential companies to develop new business relationshipsPresent our recruitment services to prospective clients and negotiate contracts.
