A.G. Key responsibilities

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
  • Assist clients with the kiosk check-in and check-out system
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred
  • Experience in Person-Directed Care
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
  • Experience operating multiline telephone system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization and time management skills
