Overview

The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician in Springfield, MO. The ideal candidate will be board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine with a strong background in women's health, committed to providing quality healthcare to America's Veterans.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform and record history and physical examinations
  • Provide medical care for acute and chronic conditions, including preventive care
  • Prescribe medications according to formulary and legal regulations
  • Order necessary diagnostic tests and laboratory tests for patients

Required skills

  • Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Extensive women's health experience
  • Active medical license in any U.S. state

  • Base salary range: $232K-315K
  • Permanent full-time position with Monday-Friday schedule
