Tiny Spoon Chef, Inc is seeking a full-time personal chef in Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers culinary professionals the chance to achieve greater work-life balance, as it exclusively operates Monday through Friday, allowing weekends and evenings free. Chefs will manage meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking for multiple clients while also engaging in creative culinary projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle weekly grocery shopping and meal planning
  • Prepare meals for 8-9 clients per week
  • Host intimate private dining events and dinner parties
  • Teach cooking classes as a culinary instructor
  • Lead corporate team-building cooking workshops
  • Support special projects such as menu design and event catering

Required skills

  • Minimum of four years of line experience
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • State-specific Allergen certification
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Attention to detail
  • People skills
  • Experience with computer, email, Google Workspaces, and social media preferred
