Overview

Trademasters Services I is seeking a highly motivated Full Time HVAC Technician to join their team in Lorton, Virginia. This role involves working in a collaborative environment within a fast-growing company that specializes in facility operations management for government and commercial clients, offering a variety of services including HVAC maintenance, installations, and repairs.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and new system installations
  • Utilize basic hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekends

Required skills

  • Four years of relatable HVAC experience
  • Experience in residential, commercial, and government environments
  • OSHA 10 & EPA certification
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethics and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • NATE, Journey or Master licenses preferred
