Appliance Canada is seeking a Full Time Furniture Sales Associate for their Saskatoon location. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for customer service and furniture sales, contributing to creating a positive customer experience while driving sales success.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and build relationships to understand their furniture needs
  • Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space requirements
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of furniture selection, including materials, designs, and care instructions
  • Explain product features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selection to finalizing transactions
  • Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism
  • Assist customers in placing orders, financing, and scheduling deliveries
  • Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow-ups for customer satisfaction
  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
  • Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets using effective selling techniques
