Appliance Canada is seeking a Full Time Delivery Driver to join their team in Burlington, Ontario. This role involves carefully handling heavy cargo and serving as a vital link between the company and its customers, ensuring the delivery of home furnishings with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

  • Carefully load and unload the delivery truck
  • Safely deliver products into customers' homes
  • Set up and assemble some items
  • Remove packaging materials
  • Return approved merchandise
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient delivery service
  • Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Clean driving record and valid non-probationary driver's license
  • Experience driving a 5-ton truck
  • Ability to handle heavy goods
  • Experience delivering furniture and appliances
