Overview

Appliance Canada is seeking a self-motivated Full Time Delivery Driver based in London, Ontario. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between the company and its customers, ensuring careful handling of heavy cargo and delivering exceptional service as you help create dream homes for clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Carefully loading and unloading the delivery truck
  • Safely delivering products into customers' homes
  • Setting up and assembling some items
  • Removing packaging materials
  • Returning approved merchandise
  • Providing professional, friendly, and efficient delivery service
  • Complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience
  • Performing various other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Valid non-probationary driver's license with clean driving record
  • Experience driving a 5-ton truck
  • Ability to handle heavy goods
  • Experience delivering furniture and appliances (beneficial)
  • Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Integrity and desire to succeed
  • Passion for lifelong learning and personal development
