Overview

Leon's is seeking a motivated Full Time Delivery Driver in Toronto who can manage heavy cargo with care. This role involves delivering products to customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience, representing the company's commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

  • Carefully loading and unloading the delivery truck
  • Safely delivering products into customers' homes
  • Setting up and assembling some items
  • Removing packaging materials
  • Providing professional, friendly, and efficient delivery service
  • Complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Working with other departments to ensure a positive overall customer experience
  • Performing various other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Clean driving record and valid non-probationary driver's license
  • Experience driving a 5-ton truck
  • Ability to handle heavy goods
  • Previous experience delivering furniture and appliances (beneficial)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
