Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Hassan & Sons Inc is responsible for supporting daily store operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This includes cashiering, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring food and beverage quality, all while creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Deliver friendly and efficient service at checkout
  • Communicate current promotions and product recommendations
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions
  • Maintain store presentation, including stocking and merchandising
  • Prepare and maintain food and beverage stations following safety guidelines
  • Ensure cleanliness of the facility and follow safety procedures
  • Assist with car wash operations and perform other duties as assigned

Required skills
