Appliance Canada is seeking a Full Time Appliance & Electronics Sales Associate in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and have a passion for assisting customers with their appliance and electronics needs, contributing to an overall positive shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right appliances and electronics.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Stay up to date with product features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Demonstrate products effectively to highlight key features and usability.
  • Guide customers through the sales process and finalize purchases.
  • Offer tailored recommendations and upsell or cross-sell products.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, or objections professionally.
  • Assist with order processing, delivery scheduling, and payment transactions.
  • Maintain clean and visually appealing displays for appliances and electronics.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Adhere to store policies and ensure compliance with warranty and return policies.
