Appliance Canada is seeking a Full Time Appliance & Electronics Sales Associate in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This role is aimed at individuals who are self-motivated and have a strong passion for technology and customer service, focused on enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right appliances and electronics.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Stay up to date with product features and benefits to provide accurate information.
  • Demonstrate products effectively to highlight key features.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from selection to purchase.
  • Offer tailored recommendations and upsell or cross-sell products.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Handle questions, concerns, or objections professionally.
  • Assist customers with order processing and payment transactions.
  • Verify customer orders for accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain clean and visually appealing displays.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide troubleshooting advice for product-related questions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
