The Full-time Admissions Assistant position is Dayshift, Monday through Friday. Job Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Admissions with marketing initiatives and admissions processes.Coordinate and process new resident admissions, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families.Review referral information to determine admission eligibility.Verify insurance coverage for prospective admissions.Manage a high volume of admissions, phone calls, inquiries, and referrals while providing excellent customer service.Maintain accurate admission records and ensure compliance with community policies.
