Overview

Arnold Motor Supply is seeking a Full Time Accounting Specialist to perform various accounting and administrative tasks. The role involves collaborating with the accounting and store operations teams to provide exceptional accounting services and ensure accurate delivery of responsibilities while maintaining professionalism.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts
  • Monitor accounts for timely payments
  • Apply Accounts Receivable payments to correct customer accounts
  • Support the development and execution of internal Accounts Receivable processes
  • Scan and file accounting-related documents
  • Assist with the distribution of incoming mail
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary

Required skills

  • Minimum of two years prior accounting experience
  • Computer and accounting system proficiency
  • Previous Excel experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
