Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer at Talent Software Services, you will design and develop reliable analytics platforms that support critical exam operations. The role involves building scalable data architectures, real-time telemetry pipelines, and high-performance reporting systems in a cloud-native environment, focusing on engineering excellence and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of customer business processes and exam operations
  • Collaborate with lead engineers to evaluate feature requests and support sprint planning
  • Contribute to development and scalability of analytics platforms
  • Write and maintain cloud-native data architectures and reporting systems
  • Implement end-to-end solutions from data ingestion to dashboards

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience with scalable, cloud-native applications and data pipelines
  • 1+ years experience with front-end applications using TypeScript and React
  • Coding experience in Python and JavaScript
  • Technical knowledge of Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Microservices
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure
  • Experience with automatic testing frameworks like Playwright
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform
  • Experience with real-time stream processing technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
