Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions. The Full Stack Developer will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, collaborate with product and engineering teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the overall architecture and performance of applications.The ideal candidate has strong programming fundamentals, experience building modern web applications, an understanding of databases and APIs, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.- Build user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies.- Develop reliable and scalable back-end services, APIs, and application logic.- Design, implement, and maintain databases and data models.- Integrate third-party services, APIs, payment systems, and other external platforms.- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and, where applicable, GraphQL services.- Implement authentication, authorization, security controls, and data protection.- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and production defects.- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.- Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and usability.- Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.- Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and software design decisions.- Use version control systems such as Git to manage source code.- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.- Monitor applications and assist with production deployments and troubleshooting.- Research new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.- Assist with other software development projects and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- Professional experience developing web applications.- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development.- Proficiency in at least one front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.- Proficiency in at least one back-end technology such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or Ruby.- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.- Understanding of REST APIs and web services.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.- Experience with Git and version-control workflows.- Understanding of software development life-cycle practices.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications- 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.- Experience with automated testing frameworks.- Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.- Experience with application security and secure coding practices.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies.
