Steel Point Opportunities is seeking a Full Stack AI Healthcare Engineer to join a fast-scaling health tech startup focused on transforming medication access through intelligent automation and modern infrastructure. The role involves designing and maintaining full-stack features, developing APIs, and collaborating with a range of teams to create scalable software solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using Python and React
  • Develop APIs and services that power core workflows in specialty medication access
  • Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for providers and care teams
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and engineering teams
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical decisions
  • Contribute to performance, reliability, and security best practices

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Proficiency in Python and React
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
  • Ability to operate in startup environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
