Overview

As a Full Desk Recruiter at Steel Point Opportunities, you will manage the entire recruitment process, focusing on skilled trades such as Welders, Fabricators, Maintenance Mechanics, and CNC Machinists. You will be crucial in client acquisition, relationship management, candidate sourcing, and ensuring a successful placement process.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential companies to develop new business relationships
  • Present recruitment services to prospective clients and negotiate contracts
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job openings
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards and social media
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job order intake to candidate placement
  • Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and company culture
  • Provide market insights to clients to help them attract top talent
  • Recruit and interview qualified candidates and submit to appropriate client opportunities
  • Write job descriptions and post job ads
  • Negotiate and present employment offers

Required skills

  • Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter (2.5+ years)
