This role focuses on managing and executing product fulfillment for both bulk corporate orders and online merchandise stores. Orders are processed through our internal software as well as platforms like Shopify, so attention to detail and comfort working with systems and spreadsheets is important.Key responsibilities include:Processing and fulfilling bulk merchandise ordersManaging online store orders from Shopify and other platformsWorking with Excel to track inventory, orders, and shipmentsPreparing packing slips, labels, and shipment documentationCoordinating with our account managers to ensure accurate and timely fulfillmentLooking for computer savvy and comfortable working with Shopify, Excel, and order management software.We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with order management systems and spreadsheets. Experience with e-commerce platforms, shipping software, or fulfillment operations is a big plus.A-Best Swag specializes in high-quality branded merchandise programs for companies and organizations, and this role plays a critical part in making sure our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
