Overview

As a Fulfillment Associate at Lowe's in Kahului, Hawaii, you will play a crucial role in accurately picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Providing excellent customer service, you will ensure high-quality items are delivered, while also operating powered equipment and supporting inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

  • Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
  • Deliver excellent service by choosing high quality items and answering customer questions
  • Operate and maintain powered equipment, ensuring safety requirements are followed
  • Support inventory accuracy using the Orders App and maintain SIMS compliance
  • Resolve short administrative and maintenance tasks while reporting safety concerns
  • Achieve job responsibilities with a customer-first mindset and strong communication

Required skills

  • 6 months of experience using a computer
  • Experience with common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
  • Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck
  • 6 months of retail experience
  • 6 months of customer service or product fulfillment experience
  • Experience inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products
