Overview

KARM Stores is seeking a full-time Retail Shift Lead for the Christmas season in Knoxville, Tennessee. This role is essential for managing increased customer activity and requires strong leadership to support store operations and ensure positive customer experiences during a busy retail period.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Retail Management team with register transactions and cash handling.
  • Establish and maintain customer service standards aligned with the company mission.
  • Support daily operations by stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation.
  • Delegate tasks and support team productivity in partnership with management.
  • Model and reinforce KARM Stores' mission and values.

Required skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills

  • Availability to work Saturdays and flexible shifts
