With 70 years of quality manufacturing craftsmanship and service, Woodgrain is a top producer of mouldings, doors, and windows, as well as a premier distributor of specialty building products.What We Bring To You:$715 per week and quarterly bonus dependent on profitabilityWoodgrain covers 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance401k matching, Woodgrain matches up to 3% of your base salary2 weeks PTO and 9 paid holidaysPerks such as tuition reimbursement and large discounts off Woodgrain productsWhat Our Merchandise Stocker Does:Responsible for learning and performing in-store service, managing inventory replenishment (ordering and stocking), generating weekly credits and providing exceptional customer service within a defined territory inside high volume national account storesStock, organize, and maintain moulding inventory to ensure materials are readily availableCleaning: Recovering the condition of the aisle since last serviceStraightening Stock: Restocking messy bins or displays and resolving bin contaminationStocking: Packing out any freight in overhead and incoming freight from the previous weeks orderCulling: Removing damaged/unsellable material and issuing credit electronicallyMerchandising: Maintain signage and pricing to best practice. Move backers to affect perceptionOrdering: Replenish inventory according to published guidelinesCustomer Interaction: Build strong dependable relationships with store management and associatesProjects and Tasks: Merchandising projects and tasks will be assigned by area manager.
