OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for Columbine Family Practice in Littleton, Colorado. This role involves managing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a positive patient experience, and leading a team of front desk staff in a physician-led network dedicated to providing quality healthcare.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and staff scheduling
  • Train and develop front desk personnel
  • Handle complaints and concerns from patients and staff
  • Greet incoming patients professionally
  • Ensure smooth administrative duties for patient visits
  • Collect co-pays and balances as per insurance guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient intake
  • Coordinate front office meetings
  • Adhere to standards, policies, and HIPAA regulations

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a physician office or clinical environment
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • EMR experience, preferably with Athenahealth
  • Current BLS card preferred
